Procedure for Ordering Sessions:

1. Print out and fill in the scheduling form.
2. Turn in the form to your building librarian.

Procedure for Scheduling Sessions:

1. Each building has been allotted funds for distance learning through the technology budget. When those funds become exhausted, you will need to look at other alternatives for funding any distance learning sessions you wish to have.

2. To be fair with the funds, scheduling of distance learning will be on a first-come, first-serve basis with Wave 1 of ordering only being a teacher's first choice on his/her scheduling form. The deadline for being eligible with Wave 1 is Friday, May 23rd.

3. After Wave 1, if any funds are left, we will look at any second choices that were on any scheduling forms in the order they were received.
